What's the average duration for completing a design project?
Project timelines are flexible and adaptable, considering the project's complexity. On average, a UI/UX Design takes between 2-4 working days. Brand identity work with research can take up to 3-5 working days.
What are the work hours during which your team is available?
We're will be active between 9 AM and 5 PM GMT+7 Jakarta, Indonesia Time, whereas the Project Manager will have extended availability from 9 AM to 9 PM Jakarta Time.
Do we have regular meetings?
To speed things up, all communication will be asynchronous through Notion and Slack. This allows for efficient tracking and collaboration. If you need to explain something in more detail, you can record a Loom video to provide in-depth feedback or discuss specific features.
How do I request designs?
You can request designs through Notion, Google Docs, or Loom videos. Simply provide detailed information about your project, including requirements, preferences, and deadlines. We will review your request and begin working on it promptly.
How do we work on task assignments, monitoring, and management?
We will be using Notion to manage and monitor tasks. Most requests are designed using Figma. The communication using a Slack. We can also adapt it to the usual tools you use for work.
How many people will I get for my project?
We will make your project a priority and aim to complete it as swiftly as possible. The benefit of our service is the allocation of 1 dedicated Project Manager and me as a Designer who will remain focused on your project until it's finished.
I run an agency, can I hire you?
Yes, we work with agencies and offer design services tailored to your needs. Our subscription plans can provide ongoing support for multiple projects, making it easy for agencies to manage their design workload and maintain high-quality standards.
What if the design doesn't meet my expectations or preferences?
You're in good hands! We'll continue to make adjustments until the design meets your 100% approval.
Do you offer any refund options if I find the service unsatisfactory?
Our service is premium, and each design holds significant value, so we do not provide money-back guarantees. However, if you're dissatisfied, please reach out, and we'll strive to resolve the issue, though refunds are not guaranteed.
